Pembrokeshire is also home to Britain's only coastal National Park and this is only a 10-minute drive away. Visitors are attracted to the tranquil beauty of the countryside and can walk some of the 186 miles of the clifftop Coastal Path. It is an excellent location for birdwatching. 

Our cosy holiday cottage for up to two adults makes a delightful base for a range of activities. The Preseli Hills are a few minutes’ drive away and can provide a range of walks to suit any ability and the Coastal Path and beaches are a 10-minute drive away. Cottage guests can avail themselves of the garden delights at all times. 

                                

The aim at Bro Meigan is to provide a peaceful haven where visitors are able to leave the 21st Century behind and contemplate the bounty that Mother Nature has to offer and it will appeal to gardeners, artists, photographers, birdwatchers, and wildlife enthusiasts. 


ACCOMMODATION:
 

With parts dating back to the 16th century, the Cottage is single storey, split-level, and provides cosy accommodation attached to the owners’ farmhouse.  The cottage is well equiped and the furnishings, fitments and equipment are what you would expect in high quality holiday home. It has been recently fully refurbished and has a new bathroom and kitchen. So you can experience all the charm whilst still having "all mod cons". It has its own private entrance and its own off-road car parking space at the side of the property and ample space at the nearby roadside front.

The sitting room contains a comfortable 3-seater sofa, colour flatscreen digital TV with Freeview, DVD player, large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and items of occasional furniture.  Several stairs lead from the sitting room up to the kitchen.

 

                             

 

                             

The Kitchen has been fully refitted in 2011 and is well equiped with a modern electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, and a breakfast table and chairs. 

                                                                                                  

The bedroom has a double bed and bedroom furniture. The bed has a duvet and bed linen is provided.   

                                       

        

The  en suite bathroom has been newly refurbished with bath, wash hand basin, and WC and a seperate shower cubicle with electric shower.   Towels are provided. 

                                         

Electricity is included in the rental and night storage heaters when required provide heating. Logs for the wood burner are available from the owners at a charge of £3 per basket.  

Outside furniture (patio table and chairs, reclining loungers, BBQ, etc.) is available to enable guests to take advantage of the beautiful views of the garden and Preseli Hills beyond. Please note that there is no view over the garden from the inside of the Cottage.
